Room 424 was freezing cold. Called reception and they sent someone up who said the heater was working and there was nothing else to do... Called back and changed rooms to 315. Hassle to move all my things. The new room was warm, but right beside the laundry. The staff were very loud when I was trying to sleep in the morning. I asked reception when I checked in that I did not want to be disturbed and did not want cleaning in the morning. Still someone knocked and tried to enter the room. Tried to fall asleep again, AND THEN THERE WAS A FIRE! The fire alarm scared the hell out of me. There was no communication about when we could return to our room. The stairway smelled terrible of smoke and I got a massive headache. I paid $358 for this horrible experience and I am not happy about it. I want my money back.

To give context, I never write bad reviews. However, this hotel was not acceptable as an Expedia suggestion. Pros: - breakfast was good, and the woman providing the plates was lovely. - rooms were a good size. Cons: - entry area very dirty looking. - took over 10 minutes for the front desk to check us in. I was the only one checking in and they struggled to find my reservation. - no elevator working. Seniors had to lift luggage to 4th floor. I was very concerned for my dads heart to climb the 4 floors, and I carried all of their suit cases up to the 4th floor in 3 trips up and down. - 4th floor hallway was wet and had many during fans everywhere. Very concerned for possible mould and were not notified on checking of this issue. - room did not have hot water. - beds were uncomfortable.

Hotel was full of water in lobby , elevator was drink g water and non operational, staff was trying to remove water but 5th floor was flooded and firemen’s were also at Hotel, it was not in condition to stay. I want full refund as I have to spend 2 hours with hotel for refund which they told to get from Expedia as I paid them. also it was so much inconvenience and the reason we booked one night here as my son was not feeling well. It was terrible experience…
