Room was a good size, bed comfortable, nice fridge, and variety of hard/soft pillows. The breakfast was great, as well a really neat walk out to the rooftop. Negatives, bedroom bathroom door would not lock, bathroom sink stopper got stuck, and immedtiately when we had to go out, we found the safe would not open, and took staff a while to figure out. Overall very nice looking renovations, friendly, nice breakfast, but has minor faults... good Value!

Property is older and not well kept to standards. Safety locks on the hotel room door were missing. Garage parking area was sketchy but hotel has security monitoring the area. Vehicle was fine at checkout. Beds wee very comfortable and breakfast was quite delicious and includes fresh fruit. Good value and would stay again on a future visit:)

It was an alright experience. Location at first glance was questionable but found it was quite accessible to the city. Staff was minimally nice and professional. Hallways were dirty and my wife noticed that towels from the previous guests had been left in the bathroom. Had a bad experience with the room next door being extremely noisy at 4am, where reception was not available to take the complaint. Regardless, it was a nice stay, really beautiful rooms and lobby. Would probably help if their manuals were updated as they claim to have an indoor pool and that cleaning comes every 3rd day.

I drove all the way since early morning and arrived hotel at about 2pm. Front desk won’t let me check in until earliest 3:30pm even though I’m so exhausted. He did not offer any alternate services or trying to find an earliest available room. It’s a Monday afternoon the hotel looks empty. Still, no rooms. The only thing he said was there is nothing I can do and then leave me alone and scrolled on his computer. This is not the kind of service I expected from a hotel. There are a lot of things you can do for guests.

The hotel itself was great . The breakfast staff and brwakfast buffet was delicious. The actual restaurant in the hotel sucked big time. First of all none of the staff speaked english . There menu was in french and the waitress had no clue on how to translate. I ended up taking a picture of the menu and got it translated . I showed the waitress so she could do it for future english speaking people. We ordered and asked to take it to our room. We waited 10 mins they gave us our food. We went to the room and needless to say i ordered a Hawaiian pizza ($18.00) it may have been 8 inches .Once we got to the room i opened my pizza and needless to say it wasn't even cut, had a can of pineapple on it. And it was doughy as well. Also ordered fries ($8.00) which received less then what you get at McDonald's. We never got any napkins , no silverware . I would never eat at this place again .

The room is quite spacious ETA, dated, two adults and four kids, This week also had a kitchen. We got complementary breakfast and very friendly treatment from Mark and Olympia. They were very helpful. What an amazing customer service. I definitely want to come back with my family and stay at this hotel.
