Tout d’abord pourquoi ce sondage en anglais alors que je suis sur le suite en français. Frustration de se faire répondre en anglais d’abord au « front desk » au lieu de réception et d’entendre le personnel jaser entre eux exclusivement ou presque en anglais je remets en cause ma fidélité à cet établissement

My partner and I had an incredible experience at Hotel Nelligan! It is a breathtaking property which protects the original character of the old building. We had several trip changes last minute and staff was extremely helpful in accommodating us, especially Bilal! Mama C Restaurant attached to the hotel has incredible food and staff as well. We had the best experience with Melissa, who provided us with thoughtful care every time we went. We will definitely be going back.

Fantastic Experience - Highly Recommend

This is a fabulous hotel, full of character. The staff were very attentive and helpful and made the stay extra special. The Merchant Boeuf restaurant on the premises was superb. We had the best experience with our waiter, Valter. Highly recommend staying here, we will if we are ever back in Montreal!!!

Nelligan would be great in warm weather, but now the hotel is under renovation and the city did not clear the snow on the sidewalka round the hotel until 6 days after a big storm so walk to Metro was a challenge. Lighting in the bathroom is very weak, during very cold weather the heat did not work well in our room, and the hallway near our room smelled funky. Mama C is great for a la carte breakfast and all of the staff was just wonderful.

This is our 5th or 6th stay at the Nelligan. It is ALWAYS an awesome experience. From the kind valet to the wonderful hosts at the front desk. The Nelligan is a great hotel and they honoured the VIP perk without having to ask. Had a beautiful room with a jacuzzi. Ate at both restaurants that are attached to the hotel so you don’t need to step outside. Really nice after a snowstorm . Food and service at both restos were great. Staff at hotel was great.

Hotel Nelligan you will enjoy your stay

We had a slight glitch in our reservation. However, Daniela M. Was able to resolve the issue graciously and professionally! We enjoyed our dining options at the hotel restaurants Mama C’s and Mechant Beouf!! Excellent food and atmosphere. So many excellent restaurants on St Paul street which is very walkable! You won’t be disappointed staying at this boutique hotel!! Enjoy

Hotel Nelligan is the perfect stay in Old Montreal. The staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable. There are many sights, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Strongly recommend!

Hospitality at its best

We had a few minor glitches in our reservation. Daniela at the front desk understood our concerns and resolved them to our satisfaction and professionally!! We have stayed a number of times at this boutique hotel in Vieux Montreal!! We will surely return soon, because of her efforts🙏😎👍

Staff was great and responsive to any of our requests. Such a convenient, cute, and walkable area with much to see. The hotel seems somewhat dated and could use a bit of sprucing up, but was a very comfortable stay with spacious hotel room. Had a wonderful appetizer/drink at Mama C. Very beautiful restaurant. It was lovely, the staff was nice and the restaurant was delicious. We got the petite suite, which I would not reccomended for the price; it was a lot of money for what I would consider a very minor upgrade. Everything other than that was wonderful

We have been coming to The Hotel Nelligan since 2006 on a recommendation from a friend. We have been recommending it to all our friends since then. It has evolved and it is constantly improving. We like the accommodations the rooms are nicely furnished , the staff is informed and friendly and very professional. The rooftop lounge is a gem. The neighborhood is filled with great places to eat and shopping. How could you not want to stay there ?
