With 4 private bedrooms, 7 cozy beds (1 king, 3 queen, 1 single, 2 additional options), 2 full bathrooms, a pool table, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, this space is perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travelers.



Everything has been designed with comfort and style in mind. The open-concept layout offers plenty of space to relax, work, or gather together. Situated on the ground floor, the unit is easily accessible for all guests — no stairs to climb.



And yes, pets are welcome! We know your furry friends are part of the family too.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay.



➡️ The unit is located at street level — no stairs needed to enter or inside the apartment.

➡️ There is one main building door and a private door to the unit.

➡️ About 20 steps lead from the sidewalk to the unit entrance. Once inside, the space is completely flat and accessible.
