The Space:

Our Loft Suite Apartment has a city view. The suite is approx. 550 SF, beautifully designed and styled to enhance Old Montreal architectural features, with lots of natural light. The suite apartment is fully equipped for short, medium and long stays. The suite is equipped with a Queen size bed. We offer amenities through the stay such as shampoo, conditioner, body gel, hand soap, coffee pods, dishwashing soap, washing machine pods, etc.



Guest Access:

Your access codes are sent via SMS, email, and through your booking channel messages between 2pm and 3pm on your arrival day, provided full payment for the reservation is received, and provided you have submitted your check-in form with a valid ID. You can also easily commute by renting a Bixi, or by taking public transportation such as the metro should you want to explore other neighborhoods of Montreal.

⦁ Respect and quietude for other guests are part of our philosophy.

⦁ Occupancy of one-bedroom suite apartment is 2 people. Occupancy of two-bedroom suite apartment is 4 people. Any number of people exceeding the authorized occupancy is not permitted

⦁ Any damage caused in a suite apartment or within Luxury In Transit Collection of Homes will be the responsibility and expense of the guest for a new replacement of the damaged goods



In the event of a breach of the rules, we reserve the right to charge and expel the guest(s) at any time during their stay. Please note that the person who made the reservation is responsible for the suite from the day of arrival to the day of departure. If the booking was made for someone else, please mention it on the check-in form in the Guest App.
