Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness—everything felt well-maintained. Parking was good too. However, I was disappointed by the service. The staff I interacted with—both during my late-night arrival ( gentleman) and the following morning ( girl)—were not friendly at all. I’m used to seeing a smile and a welcoming attitude, not curt or grumpy behavior. That part really stood out in a negative way. Breakfast was okay. P.S. When sending out emails, please make sure to include the English version as well. Since we’re in Canada, both English and French are official languages, and it’s important that communications are accessible to everyone—not just in French.

The paper towel could be of better quality. I missed having hand cream. One side of the bed had no table bed, no reading lamp. The walking noise of the tenant upstairs wake up us in the morning. Besides that, all the staff we interacted with where great with great personality and very welcoming/helpful!

New construction, clean and conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The double queen beds room is a little small, i guess if you want more room with small children you can sacrifice the comfort of a second bed and choose the one with 1 bed and 1 sofa-bed. The pool was clean and big. My only suggestion would be to extend weekend hours for breakfast to Mondays when it's a holiday like Thanksgiving Mondays.
