Temperature: The living area can sometimes feel cooler than other rooms in the apartment.

Snow Removal: During winter, snow is cleared within 24 hours after a snowfall of 5 cm. A shovel and salt are also provided for your use.

Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.



Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).
