Your room is on the 4th floor, the top level of the building. The elevator goes up to the 3rd floor, followed by a short staircase to reach your room. If you need help with your luggage, just let us know—we’ll be happy to assist.

*Occupancy

- Maximum room capacity must be respected

*Security & Access

- Valid ID is required for all guests upon check-in

*Lost access cards may incur a replacement fee

- Any issue should be reported promptly to avoid liability

- Interference with safety equipment will incur charges for repair or replacement, with a minimum fee of CAD 500.
