Beautiful bright apartment that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Ideally located on the first floor of a small residence consisting of 3 apartments, set back from the road, quiet and in the immediate vicinity of the village centre. Once on site, no need for a vehicle!



Located in the attractive village of Montriond, it is situated just 2km from the lake, 5 minutes by car from the Ardent cable car (departure point for mountain bike trails in the Morzine - Avoriaz - La Suisse area) and a few minutes by car from the town centre of Morzine and all amenities. The free shuttle stop is located at the foot of the chalet. You can fully enjoy your stay in the region and the many activities offered in the surrounding area, both in summer and winter:

-1st bedroom with 2 separable twin beds (90x190 cm), wall-mounted TV, built-in wardrobe, Mountain view, a shower room with shower and washbasin

-1 bathroom with a large shower, a washbasin and a towel dryer

-2nd bedroom with bunk beds (2x90x190) and storage furniture

-3rd bedroom with 2 separable twin beds (90x190 cm),

-Independent toilet with hand basin

-The living area is organised around an open kitchen with a central table that can accommodate 6/8 people which separates it from the living room. It is fully equipped with a sink, a hood, an induction hob, a built-in oven, a refrigerator and a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso pod coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster

-The living room has a convertible sofa 140x200cm and a large screen TV

-The whole overlooks a beautiful corner balcony conducive to aperitifs or relaxation with the soft sound of cow bells in the distance. You will have at your disposal a common laundry room with washing machine and a bicycle storage room in the basement accessible by a spiral staircase as well as 2 private parking spaces.

catastrophe

J'ai dû rendre les clés de l'appartement au bout de 3 jours car ni le descriptif ni l'état de propreté ne me permettaient d'envisager un séjour serein dans la location avec des enfants. Un seul exemple parmi tant d'autres: le lave linge annoncé était hors d'usage, sans prise d’électricité pour le brancher et sans séchoir disponible dans l'appartement.
