This private and spacious space has a 15 acre lake right out your back door and another 6 acre lake on the lower part of the property. Secluded enough to allow for privacy but only 5.9 miles from Montrose Regional Airport. 1800 sqf. of completely remodeled home with knotty pine doors and trim. Lots of room to spread out and all of the amazing sunsets you can handle. You have found it all right here.
