The owners will be happy to help you discover the best the area has to offer. The cottage/studio is on the ground floor and offers complete privacy for 1 or 2 people.

Living area (13m²) with fully equipped kitchen (oven, 2-burner electric hob, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, washing machine), dining area, lounge with sofa, coffee table, storage, and a 55cm TV. Sleeping area (9m²) with two 90x200cm twin beds (can be joined on request). Shower room (3m²) with walk-in shower, sink, and hairdryer. Separate WC.

South-facing terrace in front of the cottage with garden furniture and two sun loungers. Charcoal barbecue. Heated 4m x 8m swimming pool (shared, open from May 1st to September 30th - pool with a gradual depth of 1.20m to 1.60m).

From Laval, take direction N162, exit towards D901 towards Montsûrs. Follow the D275 and turn left onto La Hamardière.
From Montsûrs, follow the D32 towards Saint-Cénéré. In Saint-Cénéré, turn right onto rue de la Chapelle-Anthenaise, continue to follow the D275 for 600 meters further turn right towards La Hamardière.
