Staff at check-in were very nice. We requested the room with a king bed and a king pullout. Unfortunately, there were NO PILLOWS for the king pull out, and, we had to request an additional blanket. There was only 1 remote for two televisions! To change a channel we had to go back and forth with the remote and to turn the TV's off AT different times we had to go get the remote. Very inconvenient!
