Staff was so friendly & helpful. Beautiful facility & grounds. Clean room & comfy bed & plentiful pillows. A/C was a plus. No washcloths were provided but we received 2 towels. Hot shower with good water pressure. We will definitely be back!

I was so impressed with this place. It was clean and comfortable and all the staff were incredibly friendly. Fantastic value for the fair price. If I go back to Morelia, Im definitely staying here again.

Hotel bonito con buenas instalaciones, lo único que deberían de tener alguna política para reservar las Canchas de tenis, ya que un huésped que llegó un día antes reservó las Canchas todos los días y todo el día y ni las ocupaban y tampoco las liberaban

They treat you like family

I go to Morelia every every Christmas break for the last six years. I’ve been staying at this hotel and they give me the best service and treat me so well. Definitely recommend it if you’re staying in Morelia.
