This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom property has the comforts of home and more! Wants and needs are all wrapped up into one beautiful cabin just 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge!

With a fully-furnished kitchen, large living room, and more to offer on the main floor, the basement features a bar with a built-in sink and mini fridge, a lounge with couches to sink into, and games to bond over, as well as a nice, big hot tub! Relax and enjoy a cozy trip here at Sun Rays Mountain Vista!

When you stay with Suches Vacation Rentals your waiver damage fee, listed as administrative fee, ensures that you are covered for up to $1,500 in damages.

Pet Fee is $75 per dog. We only allow dogs. No cats. Pets shall always be secured within the boundaries of the property. If the property is not fenced, pets must be kept on a leash and always accompanied by the pet owner while outside.

If you plan to go out and leave your dog at the cabin, please know that we require they be crated in your absence.

Suches Vacation Rentals operates in a beautiful but very remote area of the North Georgia Mountains. Because professional linen services are not available locally, we personally handle all laundering in-house. Each guest is provided with two freshly cleaned towels.

If you find you need extras, you’ll find a set of “seconds” under the bathroom counter. These are clean towels that have been dyed and repurposed to extend their life. While they may show mild wear or faint imperfections, they are freshly washed and perfectly suitable for use.

We appreciate your understanding and your help in supporting our efforts to conserve resources and reduce waste while maintaining comfort for every guest.

Very clean and spacious

We went with our 4 kids and 2 dogs and had a great time. The cabin is very clean, and it came stocked with everything needed for a few days. The bedrooms are spacious and there are plenty of areas to sit down and read or hang out. The bedroom basement fit all 4 kids and they had their own bathroom on the same floor. The outside area was also very nice and there was plenty of room to hang out on the porch. The location was also very cool with a nice view of the mountains in the horizon and a view of the valleys below off the back deck. We come to Blue Ridge every year and we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful birthday weekend getaway

We had such a wonderful time at Sunrays Mountain Vista this past weekend to celebrate my birthday! There were 9 of us -- 2 grandparents (81), 5 middle-aged folks (50-57) and 2 teen boys(19 and 16). The house is just beautiful and is new construction. It's beautifully appointed, and the outside space is wonderful, with room on the deck for cornhole, meals and lounging in front of the TV and fire. Property is easy to access, even at night, and there was plenty of parking for our 4 cars. The beds are large and super comfy and every bedroom has its own bathroom, so no need to share. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grill was perfect. We cooked a feast for every meal and used the grill every time. I didn't go in the hot tub, but the guys did and they loved it. The property manager was responsive and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We really had the best time and enjoyed this property immensely! I would definitely return.

Brand new

This was the nicest cabin I have ever stayed in. We only stayed for 1 night we wished it was more. Conveniently located to downtown Blue Ridge and some of the best hiking trails in the area. Can’t wait to go back.
