Sam at the front desk got us checked in quickly and provided great recommendations for dinner. The property has been renovated and the rooms are great, spotlessly clean, roomy, nicely decorated and functional. Also has a coffee nook and fridge. Great value!

Front desk staff was friendly, property condition is new and clean but only the noise insulation between rooms is a little bit bad. Overall I recommend the Blufftop Inn&Suites and it is a good choice if you are going to find a hotel in Morro Bay

Overall this hotel was good for the price. The room was small but clean and newly renovated. The staff was nice and location was close to restaurants and stores. I just took one star off because the walls are thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors.

Clean & Conveniently Located

The Blufftop Inn is clean & cozy and very conveniently located to the Embarcadero in Morro Bay. The staff are the only reason I am not a huge fan. We had a situation with a broken down vehicle and requested a later check out, and we were charged $58 for staying 1.5 hrs past 11 am even though the hotel was completely empty and we were the only people there. I would have appreciated empathy and understanding with a completely empty hotel and town.
