Chez Hibou is a short five minute walk from Morzine's Rue du Bourg and bus stops for the free ski buses for Ardent, Pleney, and Les Prodains (for Avoriaz).

You will have access to the whole chalet at your disposal, including the garage with secure bike storage, your own private boot room with heated boot dryers, private parking and of course the outdoor hot tub on your own private terrace.

It is a short walk from the centre of town, approx 5 minutes from Rue du Bourg and is minutes from the free ski shuttle bus.

Chez Hibou is a 3 floor townhouse style, semi detached chalet that is approx. 5 minutes walk from Rue du Bourg and is minutes from the free ski shuttle bus. There is off-road parking right outside the front door and sliding glass doors that lead onto south-facing balconies with stunning mountain views.

LAYOUT (110 metres sq.)

The ground floor entrance level has a garage for bike storage, heated boot room with boot dryers and a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a snug on the ground floor, great for kids, with bean bags, huge Flat Screen TV, Xbox, Apple TV, and Netflix. The ground floor bedroom has a large bathroom with walk in shower.

Upstairs is the open plan living space with sliding doors onto the south facing balconies. The lounge features an eco friendly wood pellet stove, Bose Speaker and large flatscreen TV with UK and French TV channels, and Free WiFi. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, oven with induction hob, kettle, and toaster. There is a terrace off the kitchen with a table for outdoor dining, Weber BBQ in summer and outdoor hot tub.

The middle floor bedroom features a balcony and ensuite bathroom. The master suite on the top floor features a balcony overlooking the mountains, a large ensuite bathroom with bath and shower and an additional bed to make this room a triple if needed.

Chez Hibou is located centrally within Morzine - approximately 5 minutes walk into the centre of town. The free ski shuttle bus stops just behind the chalet for access to the Pleney or Super Morzine telecabines. The main bus stop for the Prodains telecabine to access Avoriaz is just a few minutes walk away too.

There is free parking for 2 cars right outside the chalet.

This is a private pickup and drop-off service direct from your accommodation to the Prodains (for Avoriaz), Pleney, Nyon or Super Morzine lifts.
