Idealy located in Douchka residence, only 100m from undeground parking and close to the shops and restaurants. Enjoy Portes du Soleil ski area directly and easily from/to the residence.
4th floor of a residence equiped with 3 elevators :

- Adults room on the right with double bed, TV and storage cupboard
- Separated toilet
- Bathroom with a large shower
- Living space with fully equipped kitchen

Falaise neighborhood is very close to the underground carparks. Very convenient when you arrive in Avoriaz. You can easily access slopes from the apartment ! Shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the residence.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort only. Once parked in the garage you can walk directly to the apartement.
Feel free to ask if you have any question ! Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included.
