It was convenient, clean and reasonably priced. The only thing was the extra room that had a separate rental that was attached to the house was kind of weird. We rented the house thinking we would be there by ourselves and someone else was there on the other side of a locked door.

Good toilet paper. Needs a Keurig. Great king bed. Excellent kitchen. Ice was stuck in fridge door couldn’t get it unstuck. Nice towels. Would like to stay again next year for the annual walleye run!

Thanksgiving Stay

We stayed in the property to be able to have our own family space while visiting my wife's family. The house was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of things that we were able to use and enjoy while we were there. There were a couple of minor annoyances First - The address wasn't very readable in the dark. That "2" was the weirdest looking 2 ever and looked like an "8" or a "6" from the road in the dark. Second - The rooms all lock with a code, which is great, but the codes weren't available anywhere in the check in documents. We reached out to the property manager who quickly responded with the proper code, but search as we might, we couldn't find them

Nice place, but…

Had a nice stay. Quiet neighborhood. The house was a little odd - it seemed to be a place where they once rented by the room, or a halfway house/sober living or something. Also not as private as it was advertised. Overall not bad though.

Great responsive host

When I initially booked my stay I accidentally booked it for a day ahead. The host was very helpful and adjusted the dates for me in a beat. I later asked if we could check out late to better suit our travels and the host was so accommodating and quick to reply and allowed us to extend our check out 3 hours. 10/10 experience. The house was a lot larger than I expected as well. Parking was a breeze. They had another gues in the “guest house” which is an attached converted garage it seems. The walls are a tad thin but it was totally fine.

Yard and outside of the house needs some love. Inside, the kitchen looks like all the dishes were just thrown together, everything is miss matched. The knives are really dull and need to be sharpened. The furniture while comfortable, needs to have the cushions pulled out and vacuumed under.

The house was very nice and easy to access. I did not know before hand that multiple people could rent the house at the same time using different entrances. I might’ve misread that in one of the descriptions. The neighborhood isn’t very nice, but we didn’t have any issues with noise or crime.

Comfortable, clean, older house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is well labeled and instructions are posted for some appliances. The garage has been converted to a separate rental unit with no access to the house. We ran into our neighbors on the shared back patio where their entrance is.

The ad for this property states you wont share the property with anyone else. Thats not true.. there is an attached room that they rent out seperate from the house (even though it is in thr dame house). The ad states you will have a carport and driveway and back patio.. This is only if the other person in the apartment doesnt get to it first. The patio is right out the glass back doors, so we had to keep the blinds closed the entire time. You can hear the other party talking and watching t.v. The ad is very misleading and in my oppion is fraudulent. We brought our boat for our yearly E. Wa trip and rented a house so we would have a place to park the boat off the street.. unfortunately that didnt happen for us.
