I did the pre-check-in the night before. All was confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel today, no one was around. A person came and told us the hotel was closed and would not be open for a few weeks. I called Expedia, and they would not refund my payment until they could confirm the closure. They of course could not get a hold of anyone at the hotel, because it was closed. Not happy, and will not ever book a room there again.

Based on our recent stay, they should not advertise breakfast, more like light snacks with a breakfast theme. Last year in July 2024, it was a good breakfast; What happened in 1 year?
