Spend your days outdoors enjoying the sandy beach, shallow entry water great for all ages, and plenty of space to gather, play, and unwind. The property includes docking for a boat up to 22 feet, making it easy to explore Lake Winnipesaukee directly from your own waterfront.

Inside, the home is filled with natural light, with large windows throughout capturing beautiful lake views. The main level features a spacious kitchen with plenty of room for everyone to cook together, flowing into an open concept dining and living area perfect for gathering after a day on the water. A wall of windows overlooks the lake, creating a bright and inviting space where everyone can relax and reconnect.

A comfortable three season room off the living area provides additional space to unwind, with direct access to the oversized deck featuring picnic seating and outdoor dining options.

The main level also includes a king bedroom with lake facing windows, a half bath, laundry room, and an attached bathroom with tub shower combination plus an additional walk-in shower.

Upstairs, a sun filled loft with a twin bed provides additional sleeping space, along with two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom two includes four twin beds, while bedroom three features a queen bed plus two twins, making this home ideal for families or groups.

Window air conditioners are located in all bedrooms, with a portable air unit in the living room to help keep the home comfortable during warm summer days.

Outdoor amenities include a gas grill, additional picnic tables, and a large selection of games and books for relaxing evenings or rainy days. Guests may also enjoy three single kayaks and a paddleboard (use at your own risk; bringing personal life jackets is recommended).

As with many Lake Winnipesaukee properties, water near shore tends to be shallow. Boats up to 22 feet are permitted, and a slow approach is recommended when nearing the dock.
