Wonderful stay! Everything was seamless. Parking was easy and free. Staff was extremely hospitable. Loved the shabby chic decor of the hotel. It was cozy and welcoming.

The location of this property is quite convenient. Close to most locations in south bay, right on El Camino Real. Very close to a lot of good restaurants. The place is maintained well and kept clean. Lack of free breakfast options is a let down when most hotels offer it in the same price range. Also, the air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work well. Made the room feel stuffy at times.

There was a lot of cleaning and construction going on so it was very noisy. Could not rest at all. There were also some very loud dogs that at the apartments next door. Not the greatest property, probably will not return.

The stay was lovely but the room was a little tired looking. The office chair was pretty poor. The leather was coming off it in bits which took the look of room completely. Needs to be replaced ASAP.
