Located in a quiet cal-d-sac, only 5-7 minute walk to Ball State University and a 5 minute drive from the IU Ball Hospital. A 4 bed, 2 bath house with a fenced in backyard and porch swing, will make for a perfect place to stay while visiting Muncie, IN.

The house was clean. We liked the openness of the kitchen/dining/living areas. It is very well stocked with necessary items. Access and location was good. Neighborhood was good. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your house. It was much nicer than having to stay in a hotel.

Great Home

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is LARGE so there was plenty of room to spread out. The location is perfect if you are visiting Ball State and not too far away from the restaurants and stores. We came for graduation weekend and were happy to come back to a comfortable place after a long day of celebrating. The only problem we had was the internet would sometimes go out, but come back on about 5 minutes later. This did not seriously effect our stay though. Our daughter has two more years at Ball State to get their masters and we will happily stay in this home again when we come to visit.

Ball State baseball visit

We had a wonderful time in Muncie. It was very nice to stay and relax close to the school and baseball field. We were able to cook and have dinner with our son. Thank you for letting us use your house. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Grand baby visit!

I missed my family and granddaughters so much. I needed a safe, clean, affordable place to stay so I could visit them. This house checked all my boxes. So clean and in a nice little quiet area. I loved the fended in back yard for my little ones to just run and be kids after such a long drive. Great communication when I had questions. We would for sure stay again.

Perfect location

A group of us were in town for Ball State Hoco. The house location was conveniently located near campus and tailgating. Plenty of room for us all. House was clean and comfy. It did have a musty odor to it when first entering. That would be the only draw back.

Perfect location for wedding in Muncie.

House was exactly as advertised quiet neighborhood close to campus, clean and the owners were a pleasure to work with, no concerns. Would rent again, if we travel to Muncie again!! We were in town for a family wedding, and we were within 10 minutes of the North Church Venue!!

Convenient, comfortable for families

The house was exactly what we needed. We were in town for a family wedding and really appreciated the spacious living room with ample seating, large kitchen and front porch rocker. It’s on a quiet street and only a few blocks from campus and 5 min from downtown so plenty to do during your stay!

Everything We Could Need

This stay was wonderful. Everything you might need for a kitchen, for comfort is there. Four bedrooms! Big dining table. Very roomy for a big group and still homey for Jim and I. All instructions are clear and simple. The quiet neighborhood was a plus. There is even a garage for your car and games for the backyard.
