Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Master bedroom is away from the other bedrooms which offers nice privacy. It was wonderful waking up to ocean sounds and drinking our coffee on the balcony and then falling asleep to the ocean sounds. The Conche Cafe a few steps from the condo has great food and drinks. It was perfect and exactly what we needed.

The owners made sure that their condo-home- away-from-home is well is a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful space. Each of the three bedrooms has a ensuite full bathroom. That alone spoils you! Close to great food too! Also, the parking is on the same floor as the second floor unit.Such a convenience.We loved the experience of just being a gangplank away from the private beach, not to mention our choice of two swimming pools and two spa pools! This was such a great experience that we are definitely coming back to the same condo unit! Loved! Can’t be overstated!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Location is the best. The restaurants, shopping and weather was outstanding. We had 29 family members staying in 4 separate units and by far our unit was less than acceptable compared to our stay in the same unit last year. I had to call for a reclean of unit, maintenance to replace light bulbs, HVAC to free a clogged A/C Drain line and with the multiple calls to tech support, the Wi-fi never fully connected. Above all, a coffee mug was found in the kitchen cabinet that appeared to have someone's digested lunch deposit. With a $500 increase over last years rental fee, the unit was not at all what worth the extra cost.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of One Ocean Place is fantastic. However, the cleanliness of 201 is less than good. Upon arrival we found burned out bulbs in the master bath and front bedroom bath, with a running toilet in hall bath. A trip hazard found in the the living room to foyer tile transition covered up by an old piece of carpet placed over the area. Mold on shower door tracks. Overall the house keeping and general appearance of the unit is less than desirable. This is our 4 year to stay in this unit but will be our last given the continual decline of the unit. I would expect more from such a nice building and location than what this unit delivers.

A Keurig would be preferred over a pot. ****** complimentary roll of toilet paper (didn’t even use), fall hazard getting to balcony due to a 4-5 inch door frame.

I believe I found my summer getaway every year. Absolutely loved it. I got here to early this time and I recommend not planning on getting in any sooner because they need time for cleaning and inspection. They was very patient with all my calls because I was hoping to get in sooner. Next year I know better which wasn't any big deal for me.

Unit was roomy with great kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Only downsides would be showers were a bit small and one of the spare rooms could have 2 beds vs both having 1 bed. Plenty of parking. Pools were nice, though I wish they were open until 10:00 vs 9:00pm. We did have an issue with air conditioning after hours. We called and the issue was fixed within a couple hours.

Getaway at the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for a week. Was a fantastic experience! The morning sunrises where breathtaking! Access from property to beach was extremely easy and well taken care of. Only true disappointment was the parking situation. We had 3 groups of adults who drove separately and the parking permit on-site is only 2 maximum. Normally not a issue, but couldn’t make any exceptions and the offsite parking is a block away but relatively not close. To far to walk to. So anytime u needed access to all vehicles, we had to get a ride to the offsite lot. But overall, would stay again gladly!!
