Stayed with family, double rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would have been exceptional if TV was smart and there was a coffee machine. Breakfast was the highlight of every morning; amazing attentive staff, all the options available from Spanish lattes to ginger shots and all the delicious fruits and pastries. Location is ok, conveniently placed nearby airport and around 20 min cab to all other places in the Muscat - It is not a walkable city at all. Pools were nice but you can see the expressway from them which took away from the haven. But all in all, amazing stay, would stay again.

Tawhid form the hotel team made my stay exceptionally pleasurable. He helped me navigate the hotel and the taxi system (which is quite tricky if you’re not careful)! Oman was beautiful, JW is a super convenient choice and you’re lucky if you come across tawhid and his hospitality.
