We had the queen suite. The bed was comfortable. The shower was not properly cleaned before, had black curly hair on soap/shampoo. Also had some pink bacteria in tub. There wasn't any bedding for the sleeper sofa, called front desk about it, was told I had to go to the front desk to get it. Was told they didn't have a hot tub because they have a heated pool. It was not heated. It was cold. And it's a small pool. Had to go to front desk to get towels for the pool and they are very small. Maybe fit a small child. Breakfast was ok, pancake machine wasn't working. Had kids running around the floor above us until late then again early morning. Don't hold that against the hotel, they can't control that. Just maybe ask for top floor. It was offered but didn't think about hearing feet running

This was a very nice property. The staff was extremely helpful. When the third party I used, Expedia, messed up, my reservation, they were very helpful in straightening everything out for me. We will definitely use this property in the future!
