It is situated within great proximity to some of the most popular amenities in the area, including only a 10 and 15 minute drive to Port Carling and Port Sandfield respectively. With many nearby golf courses, Santa's Village and Muskoka Zip Lines, there is no shortage of activities to partake in while staying at this beautiful cottage!

BLUE HERON ESTATE sits perched atop a classic Muskoka landscape, and offers north exposure that peacefully overlooks the boathouse and the surrounding bay. A wrap around deck, bordered by a glass railing, is accompanied by an outdoor furniture set as well as Muskoka chairs. The naturally designed stone pathway gently lowers you towards the dock which offers all day sun and ample seating including, 2 loungers and 5 Muskoka chairs with footstools. The 9 foot depth off the end of the dock is perfect for swimming and diving.

The linens and turnover fee is $1380 per rental
This cottage includes 14 hours of midweek housekeeping during peak season rentals
