In two minutes by car you can easily reach all the services you need (grocery store, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank).



The area is served by a secondary road, never busy or noisy.



You can choose whether to spend your holiday always exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, admiring the view of the lake from the swimming pool or from your private balcony!



The accommodation has a complete kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, toaster and electric kettle; Furthermore, during the summer you can have lunch and dinner directly outside enjoying the breeze brought by the lake and the view!



To complete the living area we find a comfortable sofa bed and a TV.



The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe for all your clothes.



The bathroom has a shower with glass enclosure, sink, toilet and bidet.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



The apartment has a reserved parking space, which is located approximately 100 - 150 meters away. In any case, you can leave the car just outside the house for the necessary time to load and unload all your luggage.



To reach the apartment there is an elevator at your disposal, which can take you both to the street and to the pool area.
