Was extremely clean and tidy. Had microwave , stove, coffee maker and a big fridge. Ample parking avaiable. Great stay. Would recommend to anyone. McDonald’s and gas station and store.

Facility is great, room was clean & staff helpful. The room was a decent size for our family of 4. Upon our arrival in the afternoon, the only negative we experienced is no dining options. This is a very small town so not much is convenient & available. After driving a few hours to get there we didn’t want to have to drive 30+ miles to find decent dining.

Nice and clean. Pretty new building. My only complaint is I don’t understand the point of giving you a kitchenette with a cooktop and not provide a single pan, fork, plate or even coffee filters for the coffee pot. I guess I’m supposed to pack my frying pan?

The options were very limited for where we were visiting and the short length of our stay. We booked this hotel with no real knowledge that it is a chain but saw that it was pretty new so I thought it would be fine for the one night. Check-in was fine. The front desk person was very nice and helpful. When we started going up to our room, however, one of the housekeepers overheard what room you’re in and said “oh, I need to check something in your room.” So she follows us to our room lets herself in goes into the bathroom. Mom wants something and says “oh I’ll be right back.” A few minutes go by and she hadn’t returned and we had just finished a pretty long car ride so I went into the bathroom only to find that it had not been cleaned and the toilet was clogged… and not just with toilet paper. It smelled horrific. She returned a few minutes later with a plunger, punched the toilet, cleaned the toilet, and then left the unclean plunger in the bathroom next to the shower. She said she was leaving it “ in case we needed it” I was speechless and the hotel is a very basic hotel in a remote area so there’s nowhere else to go. We avoided using the bathroom for the rest of the night. We left the next day and everything else was unremarkable. It wasn’t until a week later that we realized after a doctors visit that the “mosquito bites” that we had were actually bedbugs from the hotel. I know the options are limited, but save yourself from an experience like ours.

We enjoyed the use of the BBQ grill and outdoor seating. Combined with the refrigerator in our room, we were able to enjoy a great family meal while visiting our son at Norwich, without going out to a restaurant. He really enjoyed the homecooked meal.

The hotel is new and modern. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The only drawback is that housekeeping is only provided on Thursday. Not a big deal, but just be aware that you will be running to the front desk for towels, paper products and coffee (for the in-room coffee pot).

This looks like a fairly new property. The room was fairly large and clean. Plenty of space to spread out your things without having to set bags on the floor. The bathroom was nice and clean too. It had a full kitchenette including refrigerator with separate freezer, microwave and two burner cooktop, even a toaster. Pretty nice! The odd part of this setup was that there were no pots, pans, cups, plates, not even a plastic fork. So strange.
