Villa Anassa is a luxury property to rent located in the Agios Lazaros area of Mykonos.

Its position makes the stay in this place a continuous spectacle for the eyes, mind and spirit: the view on the islands of Delos and Rhenea and its sunsets are inevitably destined to remain

engraved in memories.

The villa has a beautiful infinity pool and two outdoor dining areas, one right next to the pool, the other a little more private and boasts a barbecue for preparing excellent meals delighted

by the surrounding nature.

The property is on three levels and can easily accommodate ten people.

In fact, it has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in total:

on the ground floor we have a well equipped kitchen and a large living room with sofas and dining room. From the windows that accompany this area you can admire small glimpses of the turquoise waters of the Aegean. On this level we also have a spacious double bedroom and a private bathroom;

on the first floor there is a double bedroom furnished with a spacious and comfortable walk-in closet and a private bathroom with Jacuzzi;

finally, on the lower level, there are two other double bedrooms , two bathrooms and a comfortable kitchenette.

private dock with the possibility of boat rental, free daily cleaning service, LCD televisions, surveillance cameras and much more: in short,

everything you need to spend an unforgettable stay.

Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 3 nights in low and mid season; 4 nights in high season; 6 nights in peak season.
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A damage refundable deposit corresponding to the 20% of the total stay, in the form of an authorization to charge either a credit or debit card will be required upon arrival.
The property manager shall inspect the villa for eventual damages, missing items or anything out of the ordinary that could have been caused by the tenant or any person residing or invited in the propertyThe property manager shall return or release the security deposit within 10 days of departure provided that no costs or expenses of any kind are left unpaid, for whatever reason whatsoever.

Services at extra cost:
Pool preheating and Heating costs: Pool preheating and heating maintenance, are subject to charges.
Helipad use costs: The use of Helipad for landing or parking is subject to charges.
