Outdoors, 200m² of carefully curated living spaces invite slow, meaningful moments—whether basking in the ground-level 40m² private pool (1.45m depth), or enjoying the elevated 12m² plunge pool (1.45m depth), which can be heated upon request for added comfort featuring hydromassage jets and a counter-current swimming system. Bespoke loungers offer the perfect spot for sun-soaked relaxation, while a shaded alfresco dining area—complete with a gas BBQ, sink, and elegant tableware—sets the scene for long, leisurely meals under the Cretan sky. Ideal for family escapes or gatherings of friends, the villa also features a dedicated children’s play area beside the smaller pool, outdoor fitness equipment (including yoga mats, a static bike, exercise ball, resistance bands, bench, and weights), and a table tennis corner for light-hearted fun. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy (Small Pool 12m2 - 1,4 depth) :
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.


Internal Living | Beds&Baths

Unfolding across 250m² of thoughtfully designed living space, the villa’s interiors reflect a refined simplicity—where minimalist elegance meets earthy, grounding tones. Three serene double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of which features an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. A fourth bedroom is found on the lower level, complete with its own kitchenette—ideal for guests seeking a little more independence. At the heart of the villa, an open-plan living area blends seamlessly with a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space for gathering, dining, and unwinding. Full-length doors open directly onto the sunlit pool terrace, blurring the line between indoor comfort and outdoor living. With accommodation for up to eight guests in real beds—and the option for an additional guest on the sofa—the villa graciously hosts up to nine guests in total, offering a sense of intimacy, space, and relaxed comfort throughout.
