This 170sqm. villa which can sleep 8 guests, is just 100m away from the beach and it has a sea view! It is the ideal choice for those who want to explore Crete in a luxurious way or for the lazy ones who would just relax, enjoy the sea or the private swimming pool and the sun, missing absolutely nothing.

Villa Blanca is located in the village of Panormos, a settlement just 20km outside of Rethymnon and 54km from Herakleion Airport. It is a 2-floor layout with private outdoor facilities next to the swimming pool, where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. A large veranda on the first floor will seal the luxury scent with the great sea view of the Aegean Pelagos for unimaginable experience.

This luxurious villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, of course private swimming pool and it has all the amenities that you need and much more. Ideal for groups and families.

• Kitchen
Just as you enter the premises, there is a fully equipped kitchen offers you all necessary amenities. Beautiful surfaces and counters give you this extra luxury feel and you can prepare any kind of a meal without any hassle! Dishwasher also available!

• Living Room and Dining Area
The living room has two sofas a coffee table in the middle and two majestic armchairs. The area is beautifully decorated in pale colours and textiles of elegant yet luxury aesthetics matching the furniture. Large windows offer a majestic view day or night and the balcony door leads to the swimming pool! The Dining area is right opposite and there is a TV and an air conditioner. The dining area room has also a direct access to the kitchen.

• Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms overall in the villa all equipped with a wardrobe, mirror, side table and in general all necessary furniture for a worry free and comfortable stay. One located in the ground floor that has one double bed.
On the second floor, one bedroom has a double bed with two single beds, and a second bedroom which has one double bed. All bedrooms on the second floor enjoy a balcony. The house sleeps 8 people.
All bedrooms are elegantly decorated in plain earthly colours with discreet pictures on the walls, curtains, lampshades and cushions and of course are fully air-conditioned! Fresh Linen is provided to all our guests for the duration of their stay!

• Outdoors
Sitting in the outdoor terraces and balconies of this Villa will more than definitely make you feel that this is perfect place to relax with the village sounds and the mesmerising sea view. And when sunset or sunrise golden hours arrive, you don’t want to be anywhere else in the world! Another thing that will catch your attention is the stone built barbecue area next to the swimming pool… The great quality of meat which you can easily get from the nearby supermarkets will make a good use of the barbecue.
It is ideal for complete relaxation, totally private and luxurious!

Rethymno, is only 20min driving. A well stacked mini market is only 3-4min walk. it is only aminute walk to the beautiful village of Panormos which has all the facilities and amenities one would need: separate butcher's shop and bakery, various gift shops and traditional seaside shops and some excellent tavernas, overlooking the harbour which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food as well as international dishes.
In Panormo there are actually two main beaches and a few smaller ones. As its Greek name implies (means place with natural port), Panormos is a natural harbour with calm water. The harbour (Limanaki) beach serves as the port of the area. It is sandy and the sea has clear water. It is ideal for families with small children, as it is shallow and it's cement pier protects it from waves. It is well organised with umbrellas, showers, water sports and many options for accommodation and food around. Adjacent, on the east, there is a smaller sandy unorganised beach, not preferred by swimmers.
