Welcome to your beachside home away from home! This bright and freshly furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Myrtle Beach Resort’s Building B has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay.
Enjoy an open living space with modern finishes, granite countertops, and walk-in tile showers. Watch your favorite shows on one of three Smart TVs, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwind with ocean breezes on the balcony.

When it’s time for fun, the resort has it all — indoor and outdoor pools(6 total), hot tubs, a lazy river, kiddie pool/splash zone and playground, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, a putting green, and direct beach access just steps away. Whether you’re here for family fun, a couples’ getaway, or a little seaside relaxation, this is the perfect spot to make lasting Myrtle Beach memories.

The Quarterdeck is also located on the grounds and is a beachside restaurant which features live music and karaoke (almost) nightly.

———Resort/ Condo Access———
Check in information is sent to guests the morning of check in. This information gives the address as well as detailed driving instructions through The Myrtle Beach Resort and directions through the building to the condo door.
A following message containing guest's gate and keypad codes will be sent prior to check in (4pm unless otherwise arranged). Registered guests can access all open resort amenities - there is no additional charge and wristbands/keys are not required.
Please be aware that the host does not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.

-----------------Parking-----------------
Myrtle Beach Resort has implemented a $5 per day parking fee that is payable by credit/debit card at the entry gate upon arrival. You will be issued a perking tag for the duration of your stay. Please pull up to the guard gate when you first arrive. This fee is collected and retained by The Myrtle Beach Resort and is non refundable. Parking spaces can be found throughout the resort and are NOT assigned

-------------------- Pets --------------------
At Myrtle Beach Resort, we love our furry friends, but unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed on the premises.
If an unregistered animal is brought onto the property, there may be a fine of $500 and removal from the resort will be necessary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to make everyone’s stay enjoyable!

------------------- Security --------------------
The Myrtle Beach Resort is gated and also has 24-hour security. There are recording devices throughout the resort's common areas. These devices are actively recording and are monitored by Myrtle Beach Resort security personnel.

------------Checkout Procedures ------------
- Before checkout all guests need to:
- Remove all used towels and wash cloths and place them in the provided bathtub.
- Load and start the dishwasher using the provided cleaning products.
- Turn off appliances.
- Dispose of unwanted food items in the fridge.
- Take out the trash.

---------------Starter Toiletries--------------
A reasonable amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and hand soap are provided to start your stay. Should you need more during your time here, a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market is conveniently located across the street from the property!
