I didn't stay wasn't able to, due to mobility issues and the parking lot being roped off.
They were claiming parking lot construction although there was no construction underway. So it was almost impossible to access the front office. Without literally jumping through under or over hurdles.
And the property looked completely disheveled and dirty.
The sign had been spray painted over once saying Sea missed have been sprayed out with black spray paint and the new name of the building nowhere in sight The address number placard for the building is so far off the road you can barely see it had to stop and ask other business owners where it was located. No central air in the main office where check-in is they had two box fans sitting on the floor.
Did not look very welcoming at all.
If you didn't know better when approaching you would think the place was closed.
This is poorly represented online. No tv cord so I had to use my phone for entertainment. No phone so I couldn’t call front desk. I had to walk to a different hotel for check in.

This hotel is not open. The whole building is roped off and under construction. I called the hotel and couldn't get through whatsoever. With nowhere to stay we ended up having to pay for another hotel to get away from this abandoned building. When we checked in I called Expedia to tell them what happened and
WARNING. DO NOT GO HERE. The hotel called me 5 minutes before I arrived and told me they were sold out of hotel rooms even though I reserved a hotel a week before. I asked them why they gave my room away and the lady said they don’t reserve hotel rooms ever and said I would get a refund but I never did. I had to reach out to hotel.com support to resolve the issue.

It didnt happen and they wouldnt even refund the trip even though i told them i had a medical emergency and the paperwork to show.
DO NOT GO THERE ! It’s actually the old sea mist motel . You have to park two blocks away from your motel no one in office to get your room key I paid thru Expedia for two motels did not get in either one . This one nobody was there to give me a room key I waited hours nobody came I contacted Expedia they lied to me saying they was there nobody knew where they were . So I booked another room thru Expedia and the motel
Never got the money neither did I for either one and never stayed at either one
Worst place I have ever been to in my life. Got five nights through Travelocity, only stayed two hours. I am not sure how the city of Myrtle Beach allows this place to keep the power on.!!!
It was a cluster of a mess to find the office but check in was fast the room was nice there was a strong perfumey smell in the room but overall it was nice

Canceled my reservation, after i was checked in, i had called letting them know we were on the road and would be late,4x and had paid for the room, $s, cancelled room anyway front desk very rude refused to help me, refused to let me talk to the manager, leaving me and my family stranded 900 miles from home, still trying to get my money back

Check in at the property was a bit of a hassle. The GPS takes you to one location but i had to ask around to find the check in location. I finally found it & checked in and had to drive down to another location. Once there we found out the elevator didn’t work so had to climb 6 floors to my room. We booked oceanfront but wasn’t aware the back pool wasn’t operating so it was a nasty eye sore looking out to the ocean. The room was clean but the TV didn’t work at all. Thankfully we had friends down with us booked elsewhere and their hotel had a great pool & view. The photos definitely need to be updated on the site.
floor was dirty, had to ask for soap shampoo which they did not have. Tfhe TV did not work,
seen no service or room cleaning. without TV was not good my wife is in a wheel chair and we normally watch a lot of tv
No television, limited parking, check in at one building and go to another to stay (parking lot was blocked off), tub & sink didn’t drain, no telephone, front desk didn’t answer calls or willing to help. I was told not all rooms have everything to deal with it! Another person was complaining when I went up to complain, her room had nothing (beds not made & no towels, trash over flowing!) Not to mention, main sign was blacked out! It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
