Check in was frustrating! I entered the office on my walker and they assigned us a 2nd floor room without an elevator, when i questioned it, they gave us a first floor room. We got to the room, the key didn't work! Went back to the desk to rekey the cards. When we got into the room, it had 1 king bed - we had reserved 2 Queen bed room. Triedto call the desk-no answer! Back to the desk for a 2 bed room. When we looked at the key card cover - it had 4 different room numbers on it, all of them marked out except our room.

The room was in terrible condition. The tub was backing up. When I called the front desk to ask for more towels, they never brought them. The bathroom door didn’t stay shut or locked. The hallway smelled like a urinal.

The room was not cleaned leaving pubic hairs on the toilet seat. When cleaning staff was told shower flooded in to the rest of our room they didn’t speak or understand English and handed me extra towels. The front office was notified of all incidents. This was not our first time and have always been satisfied with the service, but this time both service and customer experience left an unsatisfactory thought and possible return to this location

Room smelled like mold, and there was no fan ventilation (or windows to supplement ventilation) in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay, but ceiling was caving in in breakfast dining area.

The rooms were disgusting!! There was garbage already in the garbage can when we got there. Mold in the shower curtain. Gross!! Don’t stay here!!

My room was filthy. I took a towel and ran it across the floor and the towel was black. There was a goo on both headboards. The carpet in the hall was filthy black . There was a chunk of carpet missing in the hall. Outside the entry door was a huge pile of cigarette butts that looked like it had not been clean in months. My shoe stuck to the stairwell steps due to something sticky on them. Some more serving implements for getting the food off the morning serving trays would be good so people wouldn't use their fingers to pick up the sausages. I also never saw the pool that is in their pictures

Strong sewage smell at one end of the hall, manager said keep your door closed. Nice Keurig coffee maker, no sugar or creamer. Beds were not made next morning, trash can emptied but door left ajar for anyone to enter. Room had been refurbished some time ago and was reasonably clean but the plaster and paint around the air conditioner has peeled off exposing the wood studs.

They charge $6 that is not refunded on top of $100 incidental. Said it would drop off but it didn’t charged me $106. Now I get to wait 7 days for my refund. As a business man this is so uncalled for. Sick of the nickle and dime. People a very nice
