The 2 Bedroom Deluxe suite provides plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax. Accommodations typically feature two private bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a spacious living area with additional sleeping accommodations, a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, washer and dryer, and a private balcony. The larger layout offers all the comforts of home while providing the space needed for a relaxing beach getaway. This unit will sleep 6 guests, but bed layouts in bedrooms can vary depending on the unit.

SeaWatch Resort is known for its impressive collection of amenities, including multiple indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, a fitness center, and direct beach access. Items to note:
- Villa can be booked in the towers or villas buildings. Views are not guaranteed. Units will sleep 6 guests.
- Motorcycles are not allowed on the property May 1 - Aug. 31 annually, and rental golf carts are prohibited year-round. Trailers are allowed on property but need to be parked at the registered building parking lot.
- Grocery/discount stores less than 1 mile from resort; car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
- Property is in the center of "restaurant row" — lots of choices within 1-2 miles.
- During hurricane season (May to end of November), the glass enclosing the indoor pool is taken down. The indoor pools are heated in the Fall and early Winter.
- A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.

DURING YOUR STAY

- NO SALES PRESENTATION REQUIRED: This resort is part of a timeshare program, and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation during your stay. Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.

- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.

- Resorts own and manage all units/amenities; unit assignments at check-in.

- Room photos are samples; actual furniture/layout may vary.

- The Resort is responsible for maintenance, may alter/close select amenities due to repairs or other factors. Koala is responsible for ensuring your check-in and unit category only.

BEFORE YOUR STAY

- BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICIES WILL BE UPHELD. No refunds after the cancellation deadline due to any reason, including force majeure, unexpected health issues, flight cancellations, Covid-19 (except full resort closures), natural disasters, or personal changes.
