As of late 2025, this condo has received a series of impressive updates that elevate the entire experience. Nearly the entire unit has been freshly repainted, and brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring has been installed throughout. The bathroom has been upgraded with a new vanity and a stunning tiled walk in shower that replaces the previous setup. In the kitchen, both the refrigerator and microwave have been replaced with modern stainless steel appliances. The sleeper sofa has been updated to a brand new piece, and new blackout curtains have been added to ensure restful nights after long days in the sun.



Unlike many studios at the resort, this condo features a more open and functional layout that allows you to truly spread out and feel at home. Step onto your private oceanfront balcony and take in the breathtaking views below.
