One out of two pools was dirty. It had trash floating arund in it, like used goggles, wrappers and debris. The middle hot tube smelled like stagnant water.

The was hard as the floor. Very uncomfortable. Stove didnt work. They said no room service if we need towels we had to come down and get them. Had to pay for parking along with charging double for the room because it was black bike week.

TV in room 2311 doesn't work, light and fan in room doesn't work, there was no curtains for shower and refused to give us curtains or sheet. Room was Missing wrist bands for water park when we arrived and was told we are still responsible
