The Carriage House Small Suite is a fully private, pet friendly hideaway at 26 Pearl Street in the heart of historic Mystic, a 3 minute walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and the river.

Please note, the Carriage House is one building with two separate, private suites. They do not connect internally, and this listing is for the Small Suite only.

Designed for 2 guests, the suite is about 400 sq ft with a comfortable king bed, a cozy dining area, heat, Wi-Fi, a fridge, and a convenient kitchenette setup for simple meals and coffee. The bathroom has a brand new, oversized walk in stone shower that feels like a spa, bright, clean, and quietly luxurious, the perfect way to rinse off the salt air and reset after a day of wandering Mystic.

Both suites open onto a private brick patio surrounded by lush English gardens, with multiple tables for morning coffee or evening wine, plus a BBQ grill and a hammock for relaxed outdoor time. There’s also a large fenced yard, perfect if you’re traveling with a dog or just want a little breathing room and greenery.

The location makes weekends effortless, walk downtown for dinner, stroll the river, shop, then come back and unwind in the gardens. It’s an ideal setup for girls getaways, wedding weekends, anniversaries, or any trip where you want something charming, peaceful, and close to everything.

You’re also a short drive to Mystic Seaport Museum, Mystic Aquarium, Olde Mistick Village, and nearby coastal beaches in Connecticut and Rhode Island.
