Walking distance to our best - Ferdonia Brewery, Roma's, Dolly's Diner, The Cottage, Aperitivo Cafe & Gelato, Madhatter Distillery- plus Nac's best entertainment! AND only 1 mile from Stephen F Austin State University....Axe Em'!!
Queen bed upstairs, queen bed & full size bed downstairs in separate bedrooms! Twin air mattress available as well.
We have a nice front porch & a private small outdoor patio in the fenced in backyard.
Pet friendly -$50 fee - and a crate to use if needed.

This old home has that old time charm, with modern amenities. Full kitchen fully equipped for cooking, gas stove, full size fridge with ice maker. 3 TVs for streaming in the living room, in upstairs bedroom and one of the downstairs bedrooms. YouTube TV available to stream on all 3 plus the ability to log into your favorite streaming apps. WiFi throughout the home. Both bathrooms recently remodeled!
