Great value. We were in Nadi for one night. The room is presented well, very tidy. All the facilities you need and pleasant staff. Excellent for the price.

I want to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. From check-in, the staff seemed disengaged, which set a negative tone for my visit. The room was uncomfortably small, and the curtains barely fit the windows, letting in too much light. The food service was a complete letdown. I had to remind the staff about my order, only to find they had forgotten it. When my fish burger finally arrived, it was shockingly small—almost as if it didn't belong to the bun. A single tiny piece of tomato and a minuscule cucumber slice did nothing to enhance the meal. At the bar, I was told they were out of Coke Zero, despite being assured earlier that they had some. When I asked for help, the waitress rolled her eyes and made me feel like a nuisance for requesting a drink from a nearby bar. To make matters worse, our other drink orders were forgotten and incorrect when they finally arrived. This experience has left me frustrated and disheartened. I will not be returning to your hotel, nor will I recommend it to others. It’s clear that significant changes are needed to improve staff attitude and service quality. I hope you take this feedback seriously.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sailors. I stayed in a 6-bed female dorm for 4 nights and found it great value for money. The beds are quite firm but I actually slept well. I ate at the restaurant & cafe each day. Service was very slow in the cafe but the value for breakfast was very good. The restaurant meals were nice too. The hotel got very noisy on Saturday night but was quieter during the week. The pool was right outside our door and was a nice place to cool off. Wailoaloa is small so there’s not much to do there but the hotel goes straight on to the beach with beautiful views. It is also quite easy to get a taxi anywhere (tip: if you want to save $$$ wait at the end of the drive & flag down a vehicle with a taxi sign rather than getting the hotel to arrange a transfer or getting a vehicle to give you a ‘fixed price’).

Paid for a bed lice infestation and got no sleep. Couldn’t open entrance door and balcony door was inoperable and glass smashed so had to call staff to open it as we didn’t want to open the door in case glass smashed fiurther as you have to pay that cash bond. Will never stay again as to this day no manager has responded to my concerns and feedback.

The property was so filthy and dirty. The photos that was shown on website was not same.false advertisement. We checked in when we went to our room the toilet n bathroom was so dirty. We asked for an upgrade which they didn’t give. However I had to go next door n book my accommodation for 2 nights. The management said they would refund me back which they never did until today.

Only I like was the ocean view from my room, foods and drinks very pricey,no elevator, no clean towels, iron,rooms have one switch for bedroom lights and balcony, no side table lights… local people party on the empty lot beside the hotel which make u hard to sleep at nite of noise till morning, furniture are old and flooring and walls… only hotel looks good from the outside… fresh paint…. My opinion for this hotel is just stay for one nite only if u Dnt find anything around there… door locks for the door is not great , no safe in the roof to keep all ur valuable..I rate it 4 out of 10… not my next place to stay..

Two star hotel with friendly enough staff. Lots of potential but you get a big, empty, and dingy room with not enough pillows or towels albeit with a great view of the ocean. Beach nearby is embarrassingly full of litter. Bar was decent, pool was clean but away from the beach. The hotels next door were more lively at night.
