Always Included, complimentary linens and made beds! Located in a quiet, family oriented area, Sunny Delight has wonderful ocean views from every room. It is the second house from the ocean, with direct access to the wide, sandy beach just steps away (about 90 ft.) and no roads to cross. There are beautiful ocean views from the large, upper level sun deck as well as from the lower level shade deck. Enjoy coffee on the upper deck while watching the sunrise over the ocean and the porpoise swimming by! You can also take advantage of the bike trail located at the end of the street for your daily exercise. The owner's pride of ownership shows in this home-in addition to recently remodeled bathrooms, there have been many recent flooring and furniture updates as well as a newly tiled kitchen backsplash.

This house is perfectly located between the modern amenities in Nags Head and Manteo and the beauty and remoteness of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Sunny Delight is big enough for 1 or 2 families to enjoy, yet cozy enough to be ideal for a couple's getaway. Other extras include: 3 TVs, central heat and air conditioning, auto ice maker, and high speed wireless internet. Bring your laptop and work from the beach during the relaxing off-season months!

Wonderful Week at 6002 - Sunny Delight

Our whole family six adults and one child stayed a week . The location is perfect second house from the beach on a dead end road no near by businesses . Everything you need is a short drive away and plenty of activities for the kids . Something to mention about the house not negative but may be an issue for some people . The house is three stories tall so you will need to climb stairs to use the bathroom from the living room/kitchen bedrooms and baths are on the same level . Parking is under the house plenty of room to park 4-6 small/midsize vehicles don't believe our crew cab truck with topper would have fit . Everyone had a great time very happy with our stay .

Location, location, location!

Overall house was great! Deck could use a gate to keep dogs in and some new chairs, kitchen needs a good cleaning, beware of stairs! The beds and furniture were comfy , AC worked well, beautiful views, loved being steps from the beach. Very quiet neighborhood and love south Nags Head. Would stay again.

Great location

The location to the beach was nice! The decks and hot tubs were great. The views were great. While it is a nice house, the lay out was not appealing to me. I can see why people would like it but it wasn’t for me. I didn’t like we had to walk down the street to put our trash in a dumpster. Overall a great time though! Side note: not the houses fault but the local government.... Not a fan that life guards tell us we can’t swim. I’m a grown adult and have sound judgement and should be able to recognize my limits.

Sunny Delightful vacation

Just spent a lovely relaxing week at Sunny Delight in south nags head! The house was perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean! Loved watching the sunrise on the upper deck while drinking my coffee. We especially appreciate how quick the house became available after hurricane Dorian.

Beauty on the beach

It was a fabulous beach house with a beautiful view ! It had all the beach essential needs , the WiFi sucked though ! The location was spot on and just a few steps away , the beach sand was heaven between our toes !

Peaceful and Beautiful View

My family and I had a great time at this beach house! Sunny Delight was very affordable and even though it was considered just a semi-ocean view, we were within steps from the beach. They had board games, dvd's and books, which we utilized some of everything. The look is cute and inviting with all beach themed decor.

Wonderful location and nicely cleaned. King size beds could be a little softer; like a memory pad on top would be great. Kitchen was nicely stocked, but did have to buy a wine cork screw. Perfect view of the ocean and sounds. Spent all week on the upper deck, just gorgeous .
