**It is a requirement by the apartments management to submit government identification card or passport copies for all guests to the host for security and safety reasons before check in.

**If you have many suitcases ask the security staff at the gate to show you the Basement Elevators.

**If you have less suitcases use the Mezzanine floor Elevators.

**Whilst enjoying your stay you can access the pool and kids play area in Block A
and gym next to Block D entrance

**Facilities can be accessed without pre booking.

**You will use the white access card to enter the apartments in the Block the card will be provided to you when you check in.

**Due to the current Covid situation and due to social distancing reasons capacity for gym and pool might be restricted depending on the day and time and the number of other tenants in the premises using the facilities.

**Plan your time accordingly and to your convenience.

**Also ensure you follow the laid down Covid prevention precautions in the premises and also the laid down rules by the government throughout your stay.

**Use mask and clean your hands at all times and use sanitizers as often as you can.

**I have ensured that a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the premises is done before guests arrive and also cleaning arrangements for the duration of your stay is done once a guest checks in.

**Beddings are thoroughly cleaned sterilized and aired after every guests checkout.
