Ive stayed here before while visiting friends in Nanaimo. I love the fact that its pet friendly. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. There is such a lovely view of the lake you feel like you're on vacation.

Spacious and clean, air conditioner worked great and kept the room cool on a very hot day. Dog treats at the front desk, refreshing fruit infused water , loved the access of the room from the parking lot which worked great for my dog. I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in Nanaimo!

My family enjoyed their stay. The price was reasonable for what it included; anymore would be too much for what you get. Unfortunately we had a night with a faulty fire alarm past midnight, And rated cleanliness as a 3 as there was missed broken glass in the trim of the sliding door and one of the children got a decent cut. The floor was not vacuumed after however the kind and lovely staff that came right away swept the area where the glass was clean. And we were offered a discount for that day which was reasonable. It was spacious, adequate Continental breakfast, quick responsive staff. It was a good stay despite the couple incidences.
