So not impressed

Very used units. Smoking in a non-smoking proberty and loud noise at night. No monitoring by staff. Unit was fairly clean, but very used. Much deferred maintence. Leaky faucets. Broken cabinet doors. Pool.and staff were good, but doubt I'd rent there again

The best resort in Napa

I was expecting this hotel property to be beautiful, it was spectacular. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We received notifications of events happening during our stay. The view of the river was amazing. We can’t wait to come back.

This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it, we plan on going back next year. Love the fact that it’s tucked away by the river. It feels very private. Room was very clean. Amenities were good, the kitchen could have had a couple more things. We’re owners at another timeshare and their kitchens are better appointed. The location is very convenient to downtown shopping and dining. Our only complaint is that you share a patio with your neighbor. Which is fine, but if your neighbors are using it a lot, you won’t get much time to use it. If you’re not used to staying in a timeshare, you will love the convenience and the extra room.

Cute place

A great place to stay. Cabin bathroom needs a little updating but it was very comfy and cozy. They don’t have room service except once a week but it was perfect for me.
