I typically avoid B&B because Victorian style furnishings, and wallpaper don’t appeal to me. But, the George is modern inside with traditional craftsmen features. The staircase was beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the owner was lovely.

We stayed here for our 19th anniversary and had a wonderful stay! We stayed in room 204. The room is cozy and well updated. The house itself is stunning! From the exterior to the interior, everything has been tastefully decorated and updated. The breakfast buffet served was great. Lots of variety from egg dishes, breakfast meats and fresh fruit to bagels and pastries.The staff was so helpful and accommodating! A colleague of mine and I visited the George this weekend to see a comedy show. It’s beautiful and clean with lots of wonderful common space inside and out. The breakfast was amazing and exceeded our expectations. Heated bathroom floors!!! It’s a very quiet neighborhood with ample free parking, but only a five minute walk to town.
