The property is very clean and well-kept. The rooms are simple but well furnished and the beds are comfortable. The surrounding area is a little gritty but we felt very safe and the two espresso bars nearby are great places to start your morning.

Breakfast was €10 a day per person. The menu was extremely limited and to top it off, not every option was available. we were four people in the room only received a blanket for one bed. There was hair in the shower when we arrived. The bathroom had a foul smell. The bathroom had a window in the shower but it opened to the hotel’s hallway so obviously we could not leave it open. The front desk closed at 8 PM so if you needed anything, you were not able to speak with an employee of the facility.

Wow! This place surpassed our expectations as a family of four. We had everything we needed with great AC, super friendly staff, clean and spacious room, easy check in. Literally checks all of the boxes. They have a terrace with a view of the port and you can see the big cruise ships coming in. Wonderful place!

Excellent conditions in the apartment but due to not clear communication in the email we were unable to get inside the apartment for a while. Nobody was answering the chat or calls. We were fortunate that some people came and were able to help us get in. This was past midnight and we were really uncomfortable and pretty desperate… We would suggest more clear instructions for late checkin on how to reach the key.

Greatly surprised for this B&B it was clean and facilities were great, staff was helpful and the area outside can be hard to judge at the beggining it is very quiet and safe, great views of the port of Naples and close to supermarkets and metro and bus stations, awesome stay for a small budget

I paid for the hotel when I got there as this was the option I selected. They then charged a different card £105 for no reason, the staff said they couldn't help me as they didn't do it and there was nothing they could do. I even showed them on my banking, it was the hotel name on the transaction. I will now have to report them with my bank when I get home. For this reason I would never book this apartment again. Its basicallg fraud!

Staff was friendly and spoke good English, even helped us with transportation routes to our next city. Room was nice and surrounding area is very walkable, the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was also very convenient.
