Casa Bellacqua is an elegant and welcoming apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Bellacqua you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of the island of Capri and of the Bay of Naples. Casa Bellacqua is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Portici, a few meters (feet) from restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest beach (Spiaggia delle Mortelle) at roughly 500 meters (550 yards).
Casa Bellacqua is located on the fourth floor of a four story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 90 stairway steps. The building has no elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Bellacqua. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

Located in a historic 18th century building, Casa Bellacqua has also been the residence and painting studio of a famous contemporary painter.
Terrace
The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two sun loungers. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of the island of Capri and of the Bay of Naples.
Living Room 1
The ceiling of the first living room is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) at its lowest point. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has two windows overlooking the terrace, as well as two roof windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Living Room 2
This room has no door. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) at its lowest point. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the second living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. The room has a window with a view of the surrounding houses. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the second living room.
