The hotel was well situated, only 100m from the main train station. Very easy to find on the main road only 30m after McDonalds. The hotel is dated, but was very clean during my stay. The room was large, with a high ceiling and was very adequate for a one night stay. If you need to stay nearby the train station, this hotel is perfect.

Very dated hotel. There was only one towel for two people. The television and aircon didn’t work. Smelled like cigarettes all over the place. Avoid if possible.

The deadly sewer smell would be enough to disqualify them or have them shut down in an honest city. But, let us add the tv, safe and refrigerator didnt work. I gave them all day to attend to any. They did not. I left after night one. The room had no heat either and the noise was ever present and ear splitting. You wont sleep. I asked to change rooms 4x. They had many. They would not unless i paid 20e extra for a room that was vacant. I stayed here the year before. They did not remember or respect. It was ok then. I was going to book here again before this treatment. Not now. They are great business people. Not.

First of all, no amenities whatsoever. Mini fridge didn’t work. Heat didn’t work. Was never able to turn on heat rack in bathroom. Apparently Italians like their drinks and typically cold products that tend to be refrigerated warm and their living quarters cold. Staff very unfriendly and was warned at check in that this hotel was for sleeping only. In the ghetto section near the train station which was the only convenience since there was a McDonalds there. Go some place else if you want a hotel that is more than for sleeping.

It is a trade off - you stay very near the train station for quick arrival and departure (if you are visiting only a day or two), but you have to walk or bicycle to the more interesting neighborhoods. And the price is very affordable, but I wouldn't want to stay more than a night or two at the hotel. Worth it if you’re briefly checking out Napoli.

The wood making part of the door frame fell off when touched. The was no plug for either the wash hand basin or the bath, and there was nothing to hold the shower head on to the wall. There was a folder for information about the hotel that was unnecessary, as it was empty! The street outside hand a lot of rubbish lying around as well as several people who were sleeping rough. These things made it less than attractive.

I booked a week’s stay in the hotel, whilst the room was cleaned every day the bed was not changed. Air conditioning was really good considering the room was very dated and needs a coat of paint. No kettle to make yourself a cup of tea, no cups/glasses to drink from, not even a cup in the bathroom to rinse your mouth after cleaning your teeth. Not enough hangers and no iron. The area the hotel was situated in wasn’t very nice lots of homelessness and alcoholics, lots of rubbish around the streets wheelie bins flowing and not emptied. Was a bit scary coming home after a night out. Hotel was very close to the train and bus station which was very good and we made use of every day.
