Eden was a nice enough hotel located in a dingy part of town. Parking is a nightmare. You have to go to a garage. 25euros/night. Otherwise no issues

Great, clean, and friendly hotel. The area has vone pro and one con: Directly at the train station for convenient travel to e.g. Rome. However, the area around the central train station is medium-safe just like in any other big city. We did enjoy our stay regardless.

Very convenient location. 3 minutes walk to the train station and metro station. The area doesn’t feel very safe though, so we always come back before it gets dark. Good value for the money.

Good value for money hotel

It was a good hotel for our stay. The hotel was clean and the room was serviced every day including change of towels. Our room was large, air-conditioning in very good condition. Being on the main road, closed to the central train station makes the hotel a bit noisy during the day, but at night it quiets down. No much noise if the windows are closed. It would be nice though if they could provide some glasses or plastic cups for water. The surroundings streetsmay look a bit unkempt and daunting, but despite this we didn't feel unsafe.

cheap central accommadation close to railway station and airport bus and short walk to historic centre, its basic but comfortable, very good value i always stay there when i visit the city, sound proofing isnt great , rooms are clean

I was greeted with my name which was nice after a long journey. The hotel is looking old and dated, its basic and ok. The area around it feels dark and unsafe. At 3am I was woken by a big car crash. I was not driving.

Litter everywhere. They have an issue with the homeless in the area. Hotel was a great price for where it was positioned so near to the train station and centre of Naples.

Great 😃 hotel. It's a great hotel for multiple reasons. It's located almost in front of train station ( Napoli Centrale and Garibaldi train station). Easy to access to everything. The main street is always busy. It's very walkable. We felt safe in the area. The hotel needs some updates , but we don't mind because the location, besides this is a very clean hotel. Excellent price. I definitely recommend it!

I have never stayed in such a run down hotel such as this. Walls dirt, bathroom in need of urgent repair, I was completely shocked that Expedia offer such a bad hotel.

Very near to the train station Napoli Centrale and supermarket. I recommend to stay here for several nights, to see the Napoli city center including the hill of Posillipo, Pozzuoli, Pompei, and Sorrento. So many things to see here, and the location near to the train station is very efficient. The hotel itself is bit dated but well maintained.

Awful experience

One day before the check-in date, I had an emergency medical problem, but the hotel did not agree to modify the booking dates or to cancel the booking. The hotel has very poor customer care policies.
