Villa Dolcevita is located in the lower part of Via Posillipo, in a privileged position at the top of the hill within an exclusive residential park with 24-hour security service and private parking reserved for small to medium-sized cars. Each reservation includes one parking space. Please note that parking in unassigned areas or areas that obstruct traffic will result in a €70 fine. If you arrive with a second vehicle, you can request an additional parking space at a cost of €70, subject to availability.
The villa, with its own entrance, is a peaceful retreat surrounded by greenery, offering spectacular views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Completely renovated, it consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large living room with sea views. The maximum capacity is 5 people, thanks to the comfortable double sofa bed and armchair bed in the living room, both equipped with high-quality mattresses.
Outside, a magnificent terraced garden with panoramic views offers the ideal space to relax: you will find a pagoda, a table with chairs, and two deck chairs, perfect for enjoying an aperitif at sunset or moments of relaxation surrounded by nature.
The villa has Wi-Fi and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. Once you pass through the park gate, the traffic and chaos of the city will seem far away, while still being perfectly connected: the bus stop is right next to the main entrance, allowing you to easily reach the seafront and the city center.
