A steep staircase leads to the air-conditioned living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs, TV (French channels), table for 4, equipped kitchen area (2 induction hobs, extractor hood, microwave, mini-oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, top fridge with freezer, dishwasher).
A south-west facing balcony with table and 4 chairs is accessible from the living room.
An outside staircase leads to the 26 m² solarium, with a view of the sea and the Clape, 2 deckchairs, parasol and picnic table.
