Cava Li Santi Residence takes its name because it was completely dug out of the rock of a Salento quarry and ancient shell fossils emerge from the rocky walls of the structure and the dry stone walls. The walls of the apartments were built respecting the style of the surrounding nature and of the quarry.
Cava Li Santi is a residence with swimming pool located in Santa Caterina (Nardò), immersed in the Mediterranean scrubland of Salento, just a few minutes from the beautiful Gallipoli coastline.
The property consists of 12 apartments (8 studios, 4 one-bedroom apartments) and 1 villa. A partner beach club with sandy beach is available at about 5 km.

Standard Apartment - interiors

The Standard Apartment is located on the ground floor and features an entrance with kitchenette equipped with two cooking hobs and a double sofa bed, one double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, safe, refrigerator, hairdryer, mosquito nets on the windows, and iron and ironing board available on request.

Outside
Guests can enjoy a spacious private terrace furnished with table, chairs and a hammock, offering a reserved space ideal for outdoor breakfasts and relaxing moments.

Guests have access to a panoramic swimming pool of approximately 18 x 11 meters with equipped sun terrace, outdoor showers also located near the apartments, and a large 4,500 sqm Mediterranean garden. The residence also offers a stone barbecue area with tables and benches, a children’s playground, a small chicken coop, free bicycles, a shared laundry area with coin-operated washing machine, free internal parking with automatic gate, reception service and a fully fenced, video-surveilled property. A partner private beach with parking is available at approximately 5 km.

The residence is located about 1.3 km from the center of Santa Caterina and 2.6 km from the beaches of Santa Maria al Bagno. Its strategic location allows easy access to Gallipoli, Nardò, the Porto Selvaggio Natural Park and the most beautiful beaches along the Ionian coast.

The price includes: property delivered completely clean and equipped with bed linen and towels, utilities (water-electricity-gas for kitchen use), wifi, initial and final cleaning, bikes available, change of linen and cleaning for stays longer than a week.
On request: mandatory extra cleaning in case of presence of animals (€50.00 per animal), agreement with private beach and parking approximately 5 km away, cot rental €50, extra bed €100.
